1. Before filing
Submit a copyright report only if you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder. The in-app form requires your name, relationship to the work, a description of the original work, a working HTTP or HTTPS evidence link, an explanation identifying the alleged copying, and a good-faith declaration that the information is accurate and authorized. A report is an allegation, not proof of infringement.
2. Review and temporary protection
DreamFrame normally targets a final administrative decision within 72 hours after a sufficiently complete report enters review. For a credible or high-risk copyright complaint, an administrator may promptly unpublish the reported content and pause its monetization while the decision remains pending. The creator receives notice, and the action is recorded in the case timeline. Temporary protection is not a final infringement finding.
3. Requests for more information
If essential proof or clarification is missing, the reviewer may send a question through the case. This pauses the 72-hour review clock with its unused time preserved. The reporter has 72 hours from the request to respond in the Copyright reports screen. DreamFrame normally sends reminders after 24 and 48 hours. The question, reminders, response, evidence link, and timestamps are recorded for transparency.
A timely valid response reopens the case and resumes the review clock with exactly the unused time. If the response window expires, the affected report closes for insufficient information. If no other active report remains, temporarily unpublished content is restored and its monetization pause is removed. If another active report remains, review continues on that report.
4. Decisions and financial treatment
DreamFrame may dismiss a report, remove confirmed infringing material, or take another proportionate action. A confirmed violation may stop future rewards and cancel, withhold, reverse, or record attributable creator rewards as platform-retained moderation revenue, subject to applicable law and the Terms. Unrelated rewards and purchased AI credits are not removed merely because a report was filed.
5. Misuse and repeat conduct
Reviewers may mark a dismissed copyright claim as invalid or abusive only after review. Three reviewer-confirmed invalid-report strikes within a rolling 90-day period normally restrict that account from filing copyright reports for 30 days. Serious misuse may lead to additional account action. Repeat or serious infringement by creators may also result in restriction or termination.
6. Contact and legal rights
Track and answer in-app reports from the Copyright reports screen. For legal support, contact daydreamers0423@gmail.com. This process does not limit any statutory notice, counter-notice, court, regulator, or other remedy available under applicable law. The Terms & Conditions remain controlling if this summary conflicts with them.
